I think with the mori (ultra rare) there should be less hooks on the map (unless there already a offering with this effect) and they should be placed further apart from each other making it more of a challenge for the killers.

    Then what's the point of bringing the offering? It would just be easier to make that third hook. It's not like a Mori bypasses hookstates anymore.
