As far as I know, the answer is yes your MMR is gonna go down.
If you don’t escape yourself your MMR drops. Survivors do not win or lose as a team; they win individually. And your personal MMR rises or falls in conjunction with this.
If you die it still counts as a loss and you lose MMR. If you get hatch it counts as a draw and your MMR doesn't change.
