Easy improvement for DC penalties
Just make it so the penalty timer doesn't start until the player is back in the lobby screen. This will make a difference for 5 minutes and 15 minutes penalties. Otherwise many players will keep "using" the time to spectate, especially once bots will be introduced.
No one cares about 1 minute penalty (per day, which is bad enough for the game) but with this little change you can make people think twice to not DC more often.
