BUFF IDEA: Ghostface red stain

I recently watched a video on how Spookyloopz would change each killer and it gave me an idea. Instead of ghostface having permanent night shroud like suggested in the video, ghostface could emit no red stain 100% of the time. Night shroud would then just be a complete decrease in terror radius with the added ability to stalk. To potentially balance this out a bit if you wanted to do that, degenerative marking could be a thing in which mark progress would slowly degrees if not fully marked. Rushed actions could extend the mark. Thw increase in terror radius could also help a perk like furtive chase receive more attention. This would also have to come with a rework of some of the add-ons however I think it would definitely help with reveals being less frustrating as the time it takes to reveal the Ghostface is minimal.
