Make Terrormisu a global offering

Think it would be a nice change to just make the Terrormisu transfer between all survivors/killers. I dont want to be locked in to playing a single survivor/killer to get more bp simply because they have more Terrormisu to use.

    After I posted this I thought of one potential counter argument, that being having Terrormisu spread out between different survivors/killers could encourage more diversity to play different survivors/killers. To this I say, having it be a global addon would also encourage diversity because people wouldn't have to worry about not getting as much BP at the end of a match because the survivor/killer they are playing doesnt have a Terrormisu to use. If they are mainly just grinding BP that is.
