Matchmaking incentives not working

I've been on 100% BP incentive for survivor all day and it's not being applied when i finish my matches. I'm only getting the 1.5X bloodrush and the additional BPs from the terrormisus. This has been an ongoing issue for a while. I'm on PS5 and haven't been playing killer so can't say if the same issue is happening there.
