Blast mine and repressed alliance changes
When using both blast mine and repressed alliance at level 3 they both become available at the same time. I can't activate blast mine without blocking the generator. Can one of the perks be changed to activate using active ability button 2. Preferably change repressed alliance, as same issue is seen with wire tap.
