The change to Nanomachine Gel doesn't really make any sense. 40 seconds of Broken wasn't enough to be useful in most scenarios, and 30 seconds is going to be even worse.

should be reworked to inflict 40 second broken upon using an EMP when injured. no point in inflicting broken on survivors that you are already chasing. current version is worse version of forced penance when body-blocking the killer in overclock mode.
