Why is merciless storm no't killswitched ????

We've known for at least a month that it's bugged,you can hit the skillcheck and it will still count as a miss.

People still use it,some because they know it's buggued other unaware.

Please killswitch it,it's really frustrating to litterally be punished regardless if you hit or not
