QOL for Lethal Pursuer

After the first 9 seconds the perk appears to be disabled as the icon is no longer lit up.

My proposition is, every time a survivors aura is read from perks/addons, after the x amount of time then lethal lights up for 2 seconds.

I think it would be nice so killers can gauge when lethal is active and what extra benefit they are getting from their aura reading perks/addons.

Its just QOL, and think it would be neat.
