I need my region RESET! (Massive Ping due to region error)
Two weeks ago, my Dead By Daylight would refuse to connect me to the servers (unless i was connected to a VPN for some reason. No, i didnt mess around with ports, and i live alone. Not really anyone else that can do anything related).
So, i would use a VPN to connect to the Netherlands (Because that was the free option), then disconnect the VPN once my DBD was up and running. This went on for around a week.
Now, my DBD works properly again. But, im more often than not put into lobbies where i have red ping. I have to constantly lobby dodge and reset, hoping for the best.
I seriously need help, because i think my DBD region locked itself to EU-West, and im far EU-East. But even that, i dont know. There isnt a ping counter, but from experience, i would say that the ping ranges from roughly 100 to 300. Which, shouldnt make sense on its own since EU-West - EU-East is definitely not 300ms. But my internet works fine in any other game and website, this is only a DBD issue.
