When does the anniversary event actually start?
I'm a bit confused, does it start on the 13th of June, like will you be able to get cakes from then or is it on the 21st of june?

On the 13th it’s only the chapter release without event.
the event itself with event offering and tome and in-game festivities will start on the 21st!
