Fixing Knock out

Perks such as Knockout suffers from a problem which only work on survivors if they are not on call otherwise are pretty useless since the power from the perk come from the ability to cover the information for teammates to know where is the location of the downed survivor but fully negated if you can simply say on discord "i'm at x location"

The true fix should be to fully blackout the screen of the survivor once they go down BUT it's not fun to playing the game without see a thing even if it would be the true balance

A more ok balance would consist in blacken the screen like in Nightfall effect of the dredge where the communication would still be tricky even in call making it more a challenge to overcome and balancin ther difference between a match against solo Q and a team

    sounds horrible. i do not want more people to use knock out bleeding out / slugging builds. knock out does not need further buffs it needs a rework
