BHVR Must Continue to be More Transparent

You must deliver on your promise of more frequent livestreams and mini-updates this year.

There was no hype for the anniversary event because all the mildly interesting stuff was leaked weeks before the announcement. Tease something in the 3-4 months of disparagement after a disappointing chapter. A narrow image of a new map structure, killer gadget -- something! It'll make leaks less impactful.

Credit where credit is due: you took bold changes to meta perks (i.e. Dead Hard and Circle of Healing). Now do it to killer add-ons and powers. You "refreshed" some maps with poor design (i.e. RPD, Eyrie, Gas Heaven), and announced you're working on 2 Coldwind maps. Yes! Literally refresh all of them. You're no longer confined in a strict time window to complete the map in time for DLC release. You added QoL features (i.e. auto Bloodweb completion), and adding more (i.e. Loadout search bar). And made other changes --

All of which wouldn't have happened without feedback. After watching the anniversary video, I'm getting the impression you're investing a lot of people and time into reading comments... It's depressing when someone, who enjoys the game and wants to help the game improve by leaving a comment or discussion, gets no acknowledgement by staff -- just the bimonthly "we appreciate your feedback" in (mid)chapter updates. Please leave an emote, a comment, or discussion status -- something to let us know you've read what we had to say. As for the comments like, "the new killer is s*" and don't leave any constructive feedback, carry on as you have.

Where are the results of the satisfaction survey? What happened in the wake of the IP leak and DDOS attack?

In the January update, you gave us a graph of cheater ban statistics. Do more stuff like this. Transparency will bring your company and the community closer together.
