im not receiving rift fragments

i’m at level 2 of the current rift and i haven’t received the 15 rift fragments you get from completing it. this happened with level 1 as well, can someone please help me?

    Did you click on the Rift after getting the End-Node?

    I got my Rift Fragments from the Tomes just fine.

    yep

    i got the charms, just not the fragments. i used the free rift pass from amazon gaming if maybe that has something to do with the bug

    Nah, this does not have anything to do with it, I am using the free Rift Pass as well.

    But the Rift-Fragments are not displayed in the Tome, only in the Rift when you complete a Tome Level. So you might want to keep an eye on it for Level 3 - check where you are before claiming the End Node and then check where you are after claiming it.

    Just to make sure since you mentioned "current Rift" - you are doing the most recent Tome as well? The one with Skull Merchant and Doctor?

    That shouldn't create any issue, however if you think you are missing fragments, you should probably contact Support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/categories/6713776396180-Dead-by-Daylight

    yea the current tome, thanks for the help ill see if anything changes for level 3

    Rift fragments have a habit of being added onto your progress without a notification.

    Are you sure you didn’t progress through the rift after claiming them?

    it didn’t progress, i’ve been at the same tier since when i claimed them. i should be at tier 33 rn

    just finished level 3 and still nothing😩
