As the title says.
When there's a hook with a Survivor hanging near a Fixing Gen, give the Killer a reason to stay away from it when he's looking to annihilate him.
Killer, aiming for 4k or 3k, is aiming to prevent 5 Gens from being fixed, reduce the number of survivors, and slow down the pace of the fix.
Regarding the function that will be implemented in a future update to receive a penalty when the Killer is within 16m of the hook, this will be punished not only in Face Camp but also in many situations such as when kicking Gens in the upper and lower hierarchy.
