Dying Light should affect the Obsession as well.
Just by taking this perk you give 1/4 Survivors 33% faster unhooking and healing speed. Which is an insane buff even for just 1 person. So at the very least Dying Light should affect them as well, especially since you don't want to go after the Obsession with this perk, meaning its value is even worse than you would think because there will never be a case where 3 people are getting the debuff from it, only 2 at most. Meaning half the team is unaffected at any given time, and 1 of them is actually super buffed for heals and unhooks. It's honestly a really awful perk that definitely needs some attention. Buffing it would also help a lot with how fast Gens seem to pop.
