Unused medkit addons rework
After the recent medkit and selfheal reworks it's even more common to see the same medkit addons in every game. How about reworking completely the unused ones? For example, I don't recall the last time I saw somebody running the Sponge addon (even prior to the rework). How about giving this addon the Bite the Bullet effect and just makes you heal quietly? Things like that are more appealing. Make item addons more interesting please!
