Auto-aim Issue

I'm currently playing on Xbox One in the UK.

Since the most recent update 6.7.1, I've noted auto-aim has become worse. My hits which should hit a survivor are flying way off when before if they missed I could put it down to my error. Now they seem to have a mind of their own!

Not sure what's happening exactly, but would be grateful if this could be looked into.
