Top Speed on Generator Completion
Players should not be able to complete generators so quickly that there is no contest.
Fast gens due to smart efficiency is fine, but 4 bnp's erasing the contest can't be a thing anymore, it just sucks too much.
Please come up with an effect that is fair for BNPs and in the future please consider how things will play out if players bring 4 of anything.
