Idea: Super Perks
Super Perks (I'm sure there's a better name) could take up two perk slots and be limited to using one, that way there could be more powerful perks as strong as say some of the older pre-nerfed perks but with the downside of having one less perk and not being able to combine them with other Super Perks.

I have feeling this would be another thing useless for soloQ, but broken for SWF...
Why have Super Perks when you can have two perks instead.
