Object of Obsession buff

One of the main issues of this Perk is that the reason people bring it is basically locked behind the Obsession gimmick, so if you're unlocky and the Obsession is somebody else, good luck getting any value from this Perk.

So here is my propposed fix:

  • Anytime the Killer sees your aura, you see their's aswell
  • Every 30 seconds reveals your aura to the Killer
  • When you're the Obsession, while your aura is being read by the Killer, get a 2/4/6% action speed boost.

Basically instead of the periodic aura reveal being tied to the Obsession, it's now the action speed boost you get when your aura is being revealed.
