hemorrhaging effect nerf?
(Insert generic credentials/experience playing the game on both sides no one fully reads)
I do overall like the medkit changes but hemorrhage might need a nerf imo since healing times are slower for the most part. Maybe have you lose healing progress more slowly? Anyone else agree?
