like cmon man.. at least take away dc penalties for the rest of us or give us something to compensate this. its annoying having to wait for the killer to kill you, then your teammates not giving a ######### and still saving you, then you stand there waiting to go to the next match. this isnt rare either, it happens at least 3 out 10 games.

    Your right DC penalties should be more harsh to prevent players from wanting to DC in the first place....I say a start at 15-20 mins would be a good place to start
