Is anyone else having rubber banding and teleporting issues?

Just had my second match in a row where it says the killer ping is in red and I keep rubber banding and teleporting all over. Every time I run I get rubber banded back about 5 meters and when I run into a room I get teleported back outside the room I ran into. It’s giving me nausea


Is there a server issue or am I just having bad luck with consecutive killers with horrible ping?

    Okay make that three matches in a row now. Every match I load into is showing killer ping in red and doing this. I even restarted steam and other back in and my ping is only 50 so it’s not on my end
