Outpost thumbnails rendering decals incorrectly

The Outpost looks differently on the thumbnail and in game. Some decals, especially paint is not rendering correctly or not rendering at all. Here is an example from my outpost

Thumbnail:

As you can see the thumbnail does not register the blue paint on the arrow and on the rocks in the background. Also the yellow-blue trail decal only renders correctly the curve.
