Event Perks/Perk Chance
Perks that can only be unlocked during a certain event, or just a higher chance to get a perk during an event. For example, Michael Myers perks would be easier to get to tier 3 during Halloween because that's what his map, Haddonfield, is based on. He also comes from a Halloween movie.
For event perks, I had one idea:
Every 60/45/30 seconds, Event Item, Event Cosmetic and Event Generators auras within a(n) 8/16/32 meter radius will be revealed to you.
