add a bleed out faster button once you've been on the ground for 60 seconds
While pressing the button, you would bleed out like 3x faster. This would make some "useless slugging" quite less annoying to deal with while not interfering with the "intentional slowdown slugging" because 60s is quite a lot. the button stays available for the rest of the game once you've gotten it. to prevent some annoying killers from picking you up just so that you can't get the button and then dropping you again so that you would need to wait 60s again.
