Can someone confirm to me if this tome challenge is bugged or not? I’m 100% sure i’ve been hitting the skillchecks in time but they still somehow fail to connect EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! It’s getting on my nerves honestly. I’ve never had this issue happen to me before regarding this challenge.

    From what I understand, yes it's currently bugged, as is the perk Merciless Storm. In fact, when you fail the Merciless Storm, there's a strong chance it will instantly regress the generator to 0%.
