Face camping (somewhat) solution
Face camping is annoying, we can all agree on that. I think a good way to help deal with this is when you unhook yourself if the killer is in front of you it will stun them, like head on. The animation for unhooking yourself is pretty fitting for this, and it would be a small but helpful change.
