I think MrGimms once again sums everything up perfectly. So much time was wasted with things on this PTB that no body really wanted, and there's no real way of knowing how long it sat in a pipeline with the devs giving it a green light afterwards.
I'm happy changes were reversed, specifically for the Billy players, and they SAW that the healing nerfs were problematic (though all the regression nerfs was still a heavy hit to killers.) Gimms call out the idea this was a meme PTB, and if it was we'll never know for sure, but when your own Devs are pleading for feedback because they're not onboard-- yeah.
Anyways, enjoy. Maybe next time they can hold off on giving the green light until the team has had their finger on the pulse of the community through polls, surveys, etc,?
