Only one sentence in Update is about ON PTB. Why did we play PTB?

bHVR the changes to the next update regarding seem very much driven only by majority democratic rule by the Community and barely even one sentence in the update talk about unintended consequences of the Patch. As if those consequences could not be mended in other ways.

So it makes me ask? Why did we have the PTB when all of the feedback addressed in the update seemingly could have been gleamed from the throwback you received prior to the PTB going live. What I mean is all the changes seems to have been made on the basis of player feedback and not statistical feedback. And you should do both equally.

So what exactly did you learn in the PTB and why don't you share more about that in the Update other than:

This change also had knock-on effects elsewhere in the game, making effects like Mangled and Hemorrhage stronger and making ‘slugging’ (leaving Survivors in the dying state) even more effective.

I really wished you would say much much more about it, I spent the better part of 4 days encountering DC upon DCs for you and this seems like a let down.
