When was flashbang buffed to let Survivors carry more than 1? Or was the player cheating?

    The survivor most likely had 1 flashbang in the hand and the other one ready. All he needed to do was to use 1 flashbang, jump in and out of the locker and grab the other one. That's how you can have 2 in a short amount of time
