Help me pls....(Can't merge epic games and steam account)

Ikaazuchi

Hello people, this is my first question so excuse me if i'm doing an error on something.

I can't merge my account, i don't know why, i linked the 2 accounts it works and when i try to go on dead by daylight game and merge, it write "You need to log in to the game using the egs(or steam) account before peforming this action)

I'm playing on epic games and i want to change platform without losing what i have. I have download the 2 games, i have already do tutorials and 1 game as survivor on dead by daylight steam bcause i thought i hadn't played on steam but no, this is not the problem. So i don't know, if you have the solution i will be really happy...

Thanks to reading me !

To be able to merge the two accounts you need to connect both of them to your BHVR account, then you should get the option to merge them.

The same thing happened to me when I tried to merge. It's an issue on BHVR'S end. Open a support ticket. They were eventually able to resolve it and merge the accounts

I will do that, thank you :)

Did they help you solve this problem? How? Because I was just told to follow the news...
