Legion too slow?

I feel like Feral Frenzy is way to slow to even catch up with survivors, even with yellow addons, it makes it hard downing survivors.

Frenzy, stun, walk, then Frenzy, stun, then downed. This is really annoying, because of how fast survivors are compared to Legion. 

Maybe increase the base movement speed of Frenzy?

    Base movement speed and duration for each time they hits a different survivor while using their power.

    I would say either buffing base speed or Frenzy speed would be a good way to buff Legion against players with Sprint Burst, Balanced Lansing, Lithe, etc.
