A solution for Circle of Healing

I believe that for circle of healing the best approach to nerfing it while not killing the perk as a whole is to make self healing while in a boon the same speed as Self-Care this will make the perk used less as a fix all and self care will actually be able to compete with it, I also believe there should be a change made to make bringing more than 1 boon perk at a time more appealing such as 2 boon perks adds to the radius size a small amount or multiple boon perks increases blessing speed, this will help other boon combinations be more popular rather than everyone running just Circle of Healing and 3 other random perks

    The big problem with CoH is the fact that it gives everyone self care. This nerf has been needed since Mikaela brought her ugly colored night lights around.
