Add a new flashlight of ultra rare rarity, which blinds 25% faster but ONLY found in chests
Like the title says, this flashlight would be fairly similar to the purple flashlight but it will have 1 added effect: you blind the killer 25% faster.
I know very well what "instant blinds" were back in the day but i feel like making it so that you can only get one in chests and that you can then keep it IF you survive would make it quite rare to use and thus wouldn't make it too unbalanced.
Something analogous could be done with medkits and toolboxes too.
