How often does the balance team play pub matches?
Feels like they play pub survivor once in awhile. The changes don’t make much sense otherwise. Did the scream nerf happen because of a loss to an Oni with Infectious? Did one try to use Any Means Necessary and get annoyed with cooldown? Any Means was already a fine perk that I used, meanwhile there are dozens of perks that are straight worthless.
