Scream perks nerfed.. Why?

None of these perks were meta. The strongest one was probably infectious fright and even then its not meta. Only killers you could really consider it strong on are snowball killers that down fast and even then its risky because if you dont get the multiple downs quickly you lose a lot of pressure, which can easily happen if an unbreakablle is in play and now there is zero reson to use it over awakened awareness.
