For comparison, online on Steam fluctuates between 30-35 thousand. +EGS. Suppose there are about 50 thousand gamers in total. What is the result? 20% of players are not going to spend even free shards to buy that chapter.
If that's not a sign that something went wrong way, I don't know what's a sign anymore.
P.S. Yes, I know, I know. YT voting is neither official nor sterile. However, hey... Half of the players weren't even asked, and the results are already a little bit catastrophic. Think about it.
