Why is everything so expensive?
It takes awhile to actually level up so obviously we arent getting shards since they were taken off of each match, so my question is why is everything so expensive when shards take longer to come by.

It's to help distract people from the real issues of the game and because they think that players are so loyal that they'll spend hundreds of dollars on cosmetics without a single regret.

Rly i have 520 hours and i dont have all killers on max lvl and presitge.
The grind is soo hard.
It's your choice to prestige or not. I did it with my main because i like Feng Min. But the others are level 50 without prestiging because i don't care about bragging, plus the extra rewards are hardly noticeable.
I prestige, because you get more good addons with killers.
You will get more very rare/ultra rare addons with prestige 3.
