Re-add low end optimization! Fix Stretched Res without removing 4:3/16:9 resolution support!

Since the stretch res fix low end users are forced with 1080x720 resolution. I understand that stretch res is cheating and needs a fix but not by removing other 4:3 or 16:9 resolution support. The removal of full screen mode (black bars) at low resolution sucks, really makes an unplayable experience.

I played at 800x600 with custom user-config settings before and got 30+ fps on my laptop but now I get just above 20 fps with 50 resolution.

    Well, at least you do not complain that game won't run under Windows 3.1.

    I used to play games in this resolution like 25 years ago. I think 1024x768 became pretty common in late 90s. I mean, you are really dedicated to an older technology, respect my dude.
