I think the idea of Map Offerings should be different.

Survivor using a map offering prevents that map from beeing chosen.
Killer using map offering guarentees the map is beeing used.

Killer using a offering overrules survivors using one.

This leaves posibility for killers to use specific tactics like Scratched Mirror Meyers on Lery's while survivors can use the offerings to not play on garbage maps like The Game.
