Reduce the grind in the bloodweb

For some people who have been playing since release, it doesnt feel as bad since they're mainly unlocking teachables as new characters some out, and just maintaining addons/items. But for people who are still newer to the game, it can feel downright insurmountable at times, especially since one's ability to get arguably vital pieces to builds is beneath layers of random chance. Buying your way up to get teachables on characters you have no intention of using, having to buy through all the filler on the web you have no intention of using, and having to luck out on a perk's presence three times are all extremely dated decisions to how progression and unlocking should work.

I've done the math in another topic, but the majority of the BP offerings are incredibly inefficient, granting only a MAXIMUM of 1k/2.5k/3k respectively, while also taking up the offering slot, and only being able to use one at a time. That alone contributes a HUGE amount to the net loss of BP while traversing the web, especially since you likely won't be getting an 8k in the category you used the offering in most games (if at all) unless you play a very specific focus that negatively impacts the rest of the game around you. That said, the Pudding/Cake/Streamers ones are perfectly fine how they work, as their potential gain is substantially higher and more befitting their nature.

Lets take a step back and look at the process of Teachables as well. newer players are not going to have the shards aside for new characters until they get a lot of games under their belts (and the licensed characters cant be bought with shards anyway) so purchasing DLC is generally going to be the fastest way to get started on getting access to a specific perk to be usable on their character of choice. Problem here is that they then need to invest 30-40 levels worth of BP just to unlock the teachable, so that they can THEN have to farm their preferred character's bloodweb HOPING that it will randomly show up on the web. So you have to pump tons of points into addons and items and offerings you will never use simply to get to the next web to maybe possibly have a chance to get something that is actually important to your intended playstyle/build/viability/whatever. The shrine of secrets is another random chance bandaid that has a CHANCE of alleviating a portion of this issue, but its barely a half measure.

There are a million ways this could be done better, but my advice? Give a reroll option on blood webs, and get rid of useless junk. The most common answers to countering X or Y on the forums seems to always come down to "just run X perk/addon bro~" which is all well and good, assuming the player has anything resembling access to them in the first place. I've made a lot of progress in unlocks in the 2 months I've been playing the game, but I've been playing a lot more hours a day than I care to admit: and even still a lot of killers and survivors alike feel downright playable due to missing things i'm still grinding for.
