Better report function

I think the worst part of the solo queue is survivors griffing, becomig afk, killing themselves, DCing.

Can we pls get a better report function so people stop doing this so often.

Other games punish people for quitting games repeatedly, but it never feels like that happens in dbd. So people just give up very early
