If you are in aura reading range for more than 10 seconds, do you automatically use the next token? Is there a split second where your aura is shown before the perk reactivates or is it instant?

When you're being healed in Nurse's Calling range are both your auras hidden or just yours?

I love the perk. The best part is knowing for sure when the killer has BBQ, Nurse's or Bitter Murmur.

Yes it does start again if you stay in the range. 
With nurse’s calling it only blocks your aura. So it is pretty obvious for killer someone is being healed there.

This perk is mostly just a BBQ counter, since nurses will just eat up all your stacks and it doesn't hide the person healing you aura.
