How do you loop ?

I need help at looping.

I'm often tunneled and I don't think I get enough time for my team to get hold of a "3 survivors left vs. 4 gens/3 gens left".

I need to know how to find loops (I need so much time to find loops I often take a hit for that), especially without Windows of Opportunity, and I also especially need to know how to avoid not getting distance simply because the killer tried to go a way backwards/to fake his camera, putting the "will he really change direction or will he come back on track?" doubt.

Please.
