New Status Effect - Charmed Life for Reactive Healing/Solidarity
Hello everyone,
just a quick idea of how to make some of the actually pretty niche, yet fun perks a bit more worthwhile.
Reactive Healing and Solidarity are anything if not totally off-meta. They are fun to use occasionally and especially Reactive Healing can sometimes boost your health progress in hilarious ways ... but its all moot due to the abundance of haemorraging effects. Don't get me wrong, having a perk being hard countered by another one or an add-on isn't bad in itself, its just one of this specific cases were a very common effects nearly totally invalidates an already off-meta perks, once again solidifying the meta.
So my idea would be that this two perks have a new status effect on top of their main use: Charmed Life. Charmed Life will either stop the health progress loss via Haemorraging completely, slow it down, protect half of your progress from bleeding away or maybe give you like a 15-30s of grace period after stop being healed or every time you gain a new instance of health progress via your perk or something like that.
I am mostly in favor of the "protect half of your progress from getting bleed away", but the grace period could also be viable. I don't want to boost the perks too much, but still make them viable, while not giving everyone an easy way of ignoring haemorraging effects and just walk around 99% healed for easy Resilience value.
I also think that Charmed Life sounds like a cool and fluffy name for a buff.
