At what percentage of Pick-rate does a Killer switch from "Nobody Plays Them"?
I have seen this argument a lot of Killer Buff suggestions lately, so I wanna ask what percentage would you be comfortable with to be the go to pick-rate?
with 30 Killers the average pick rate should be 3,33%

If they sit around 1% then they are VERY unpopular.
