No. People shouldn't be rewarded for quitting a match.
The OP is asking opinions on if the people who didn't DC should get more than 600 BP as compensation for having put up with a DCer. I just think the survivors who stayed shouldn't have the possibility of depipping.

it's no peach as Killer either, trust me. The BP reward is petty, and it basically instantly makes it impossible to Pip at certain grades. Plus you've now got 10 minutes of complete time wastage hunting down everyone else, and it's almost guaranteed that someone's going to BM and play hide and seek.
